Hello! I am a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellow at the University of Glasgow. My research primarily investigates the factors that contribute to the resilience of democratic and autocratic regimes. I am also interested in studying policymaking conditions that promote more equitable distributive outcomes. Much of my ongoing work on these themes focuses on the role of party systems.
I hold a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, an MA in Statistics, and an MA/PhD in Political Science—all from the University of Michigan.
Please feel free to contact me at wooseok.kim[at]glasgow.ac.uk if you have any questions about my research. Thank you!
